Cot and High Chair included in price if required. Minimum stay 3 nights. A 3 or 4 night stay incorparates a cleaning surcharge of $ 75.00 + 12% State Tax. A 5 night stay eliminates the cleaning surcharge. Pool and Spa heating is an additional cost of £ 84.00 per week.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposit: A booking deposit of £ 100.00 per week is required for each week reserved which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Balance: The balance is required to be paid two calender months before departure.
Security Deposit: £ 150.00 will be requested in addition to the balance to be refunded within 28 days of arriving home pending property inspection by Emerald Island Resort Management Company. Any costs incurred, including but not limited to, accidental damage to the property and any contents, excess cleaning, loss/non-return of keys will be deducted from this deposit.
Cancellation Charges: Please notify in writing as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. The following conditions apply to a cancellation:
MORE THAN 2 CALENDER MONTHS - Deposit forfeited
BETWEEN ONE AND TWO CALENDER MONTHS BEFORE DEPARTURE - 50% of total cost forfeited
LESS THAN 28 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE - 100% of total cost forfeited
IF THE BALANCE IS NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING.
Pool & Jacuzzi Heating: If required may be requested at the time of booking and paid wihin the final balance.
Accommodation: Access to the property can be made at 15:00 on the first day of rental and must be vacated by 11:00 on the agreed departure date. The home is reserved exclusively for the guests named on the booking form and no other person is permitted to stay. A cot and high chair are available if required. No pets are allowed in the home and the home is strictly non-smoking.
Insurance: It is advisable that cancellation insurance is obtained within your travel insurance and should be in place at the time the rental period booking is made.
Liability: Owners or owners agents do not accept any liability for personal injury, accidents, death, loss or damage to personal effects however caused.
Complaints: In the unlikely event of a complaint during your stay please contact the resort management company immediately
