Key points for booking Secret Key Villa:

1.  A deposit payment of £ 250.00 will secure the reservation along with completed booking form.

​

2.  The balance of payment is due two calendar months before arrival at villa.

​

3.  A security deposit payment of £ 300.00 is payable along with the balance and is refundable within 28 days of villa departure pending inspection by our local villa management company.

​

4.  Pool heat is an additional charge of £ 20.00 per day / £ 140.00 per week and is optional if desired between the months of November - March.

​

5.  There is a minimum stay policy of 4 days for which a cleaning surcharge of £ 100.00 / $ 120.00 including all local taxes will be added to the quotation. A 5 day stay will eliminate this surcharge.
